I first met Andrew Dykes in mid 1998 when I asked him to help me locate a suitable house in Coffs Harbour. At the time I was living in Sydney so I provided Andrew with a word picture of what we wanted in a house and he did the rest. I always found Andrew to be the consummate professional, carefully balancing the demands of the vendor and the buyer. He displays keen negotiation skills and is commited to a result that pleases all participants. We were grateful to Andrew for the due diligence he displayed during the whole process. He was very careful to make sure all necessary procedures were adequately carried out. That gave us confidence working with him.
